Lada studied Information Studies and Librarianship at Masaryk University in Brno. She worked as a librarian and then at Caritas Šumperk. She likes to travel the world – sometimes on her own, other times for training courses or as the leader of a youth expedition. She has recently visited South Korea, Mexico, Siberia, Oman and Tunisia. “In the Czech Republic, one encounters a one-sided view of the majority society. Thanks to travel, I feel more tolerant and global problems are closer to me, “says the new project coordinator in Haiti. Although she has only been a member of the team of the Archdiocesan Charity Olomouc for a short time, she has already managed to organize an exhibition of photographs about Haiti with a lecture. He is in contact with local partners on a daily basis. He’s going to the Caribbean to help this fall.
